Role: Project Owner & Founder, Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, and Developer of the Landing pages using WordPress
The project originated in my 4th year of studies while learning LAN Design & Analysis. I faced a major challenge: solving large-scale network design problems without having any way to verify my solutions online. There was no automated tool to generate network topology diagrams and detailed configuration tables, and this was before AI tools like ChatGPT existed.
This inspired me to create NetX, an automated tool that performs complex network design calculations and generates professional results instantly. NetX became the core feature of Netoolkit — an integrated web platform offering multiple essential networking tools:
NetX: Automated LAN design and analysis tool that generates topology diagrams and detailed configuration tables based on building types, equipment, and structure.
NetGraph: Interactive tool for drawing and editing network topologies, integrated with NetX for visualizing generated designs.
IP Subnet Calculator: For subnetting and IP addressing planning.
IPv4 to IPv6 Converter and Byte Converter for essential network data conversions.
Tech Blog: Allows publishing and sharing of networking articles, fostering a knowledge-sharing community.
My Responsibilities:
Conceived the project idea and conducted initial feasibility studies.
Assembled and managed a multidisciplinary team using Agile Scrum methodologies (certified).
Designed the full UI/UX experience and created workflow diagrams for automation.
Developed the platform’s informational website with SEO optimization for the networking industry.
Collaborated closely with the lead software engineer on both frontend and backend implementation.
